The Old Court Hotel

Our family of 10 had a wonderful week staying at the Old Court. Every single member of the team was so welcoming and accommodating. No request was treated as an inconvenience. Front of house was always able to find space for us if we suddenly decided we wanted a table even though we were such a big group. They were also able to cater perfectly for diabeties and coeliac which meant we could really relax knowing that all family members were safe and healthy. The breakfast each day had a brilliant selection on offer, with something for everyone from either the cooked menu or the buffet table. Some of us had three courses every morning by combining both! Each day we were offered flexibility in our breakfast time the next day and asked if we would like a table for dinner. Again, the dinners were lovely with a good choice and at a fair price. We all stayed in compact double rooms which were a perfect size for two people to use as a base. We didn't spend any real time in them during the day as we were there to explore the area. The en suite facilities were well maintained and cleaned each day during our visit, and any small issues fixed as soon as reported. Housekeeping was also lovely when one member of the family was unwell one day, asking if there was anything they could do to help when visiting the room. Finally, the grounds of the hotel were lovely and allowed us to have a restful week while getting out and about in the wye valley. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and all felt so well looked after all week. Thanks again to all the team for their hard work and compassion 😌

Great, very accommodating for a Gluten and dairy free diet. Very friendly staff will vist again.
