Rooms/apartments look great from the outside but didn't stay or view to comment on them food and service here was fantastic on the pricey side but for the ser ice and quality of the food was worth it. Easy to access of main road and has a park for the kids and plenty of space for them to go nuts while you relax with a drink hot or cold no gluten free beer option available overall great evening out

Not enough cross contamination awareness whilst promoting gluten free carvery. Really need a separate area for uncontaminated meat to be carved away from yorkshire puddings that are being hand served to plates, that same hand is touching meat, chopping board and plates. Changing gloves is not enough cross contamination prevention. Embarrassing to be holding up a queue as far back as the door and having to explain what needed to be done to make it safe whilst apologising to the people behind me for having a wheat allergy. I understand no one can guarantee no cross contamination at all, but I didn't expect such obvious mistakes to be made. I won't be returning as I did suffer an allergic reaction that affected my holiday abroad. (I wouldn't normally risk eating out two days before a holiday but it was an important family celebration meal). Not suitable for celiacs.
