The Old Spaghetti Factory

Okay, so we went to the Old Spaghetti Factory the other night, and I just have to say, our server Ashley was amazing! Seriously, she made the whole experience. She was so friendly and attentive, always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. My friend has a gluten allergy, and Ashley was so great about it. She knew exactly what she could and couldn't have and made sure her meal was totally safe. It was such a relief, and it meant my friend could actually relax and enjoy her food. Ashley was also just super personable and fun to talk to. She seemed to genuinely care about making sure we had a good time. Honestly, she's one of, if not THE best server I've ever had. If you go to the Old Spaghetti Factory, definitely ask for Ashley! She's the s***

I never got the change to eat here when they were downtown and before I had to eat gluten-free. Our server was great, she assured me the kitchen does not boil the gf pasta in the same water as the regular pasta as the knock-off Italian place does. The food was really good, the pasta tasted normal and I did not get sick. I wish we lived closer!
