The Orchard Hotel

This place seems to have a decent atmosphere, good selection of seating areas, friendly staff and a pleasing selection of drinks. Unfortunately if you’re eating gluten food, then you’re a bit stuffed. I ordered a gluten free garlic bread pizza and it came burnt to a crisp. Reordered and came back exactly the same. Staff, although friendly, were clueless, and forgetful. Burnt food that should not have been bought out, napkins but no cutlery, wrong table, etc. Location wise, it’s literally straight out of Chatswood station (see photo)

Shoutout to the incredible service I received by the guy I can assume may have been the manager. Thank you for understanding the importance of food allergies, you took it seriously. I haven't had good service like that in a while and I praise you for being considerate in more ways I couldn't imagine anywhere else. Great pub food! Gluten free friendly and great vibe. Highly recommend. Love a good pub with top notch customer service.
