The Ox and Hound Bistro Beechworth

What a lovely evening, both waiters on the night were super helpful and answered all my concerns..I am coeliac and I was assured that the restaurant was aware of cross contamination etc. The menu was assuring, I chose the duck and it was beautiful. Print to the main, they brought out some home cooked gluten free bread. Yum..🤤. My husband who is deprived of gluten in the home, enjoyed the rabbit ragu. We shared a gf panna cotta. Beautiful town, lovely restaurant , and great service. 10/10.. and, I was able to purchase a loaf of bread the next day.. thank so much, lynelle

It’s a nicely decorated restaurant, food is overpriced for what it is though. They have gluten free and vegetarian options. Ordered the fish, it was okay but came with some floury, inedible tomatoes. Is anyone in the kitchen trying the produce before serving?
