Their “Gluten free” options are still very likely to be cross contaminated from being cooked on the same equipment (waffle maker, fryer etc.,) but they don’t have any kind of disclaimer.
Their gluten free pancakes were also so gross I gagged on the first bite.

I was never at the Ephrata location but, since the new location is closer I was excited to try them because of the gluten free breakfast choices. I had the banana Nutella French toast. It was very good! I'll be back to try more gluten free items. My only thought is to offer more coffee/tea choices (like cold brew or dirty chai, etc)
