Here's a revised 2-star review for the diner:
While the generous portions were a plus, the quality of the food left much to be desired. My meal was overcooked, and the service was disorganized. The extensive menu was difficult to navigate, and the coffee was burnt. It's clear that quantity doesn't always equate to quality. I wish the good would be as amazing as the reviews!
It seems that lots of thinking is involved in creating the space, so what happened that you missed the most important thing: the food quality and service?
Serves should know what milk you have, vegan and dairy free, should know what gluten free and protein options are available..
