Had a private function upstairs in Parlour on Saturday and everything was exceptional. The manager we dealt with Rowan couldn’t have been any better, from initial communication via email to payment and on the night. We had kids at the party and he brought them up juice, assisted us with gluten free dietary needs and just in general couldn’t have been more helpful. Exceptional customer service from Rowan.
