The Parlour

The food here is really good with lots of options, gluten free crust, and good desserts. However, the service was quite disappointing. We arrived when it was not very busy, yet it took a long time for food to come. They also had no concept of how to align food delivery. I had an appetizer, main, and dessert (their prix fixe). My daughter didn’t. Yet they brought her main dish when my first course came, so she was done before my pizza came. My pizza took forever so she sat there while we waited and while I ate it. Then she ordered dessert as well, yet they brought my dessert so much before hers that I was finished before she even got hers. I don’t know what they were thinking, but it was clear they weren’t. Overall a very good meal, but very frustrating experience.

We came here for my best friends birthday & we were served by Robin (Robyn?) who was the bestest server EVER! She took care of us for dinner and then arranged us to have the best corner booth right by the Dj! She was a great vibe & so attentive! My only bad feedback about the venue is PLEASE PLAY BETTER MUSIC love you everything else was perfect otherwise & my gluten free pizza was so delicious!!

Had a great experience thanks to the server that was serving our party - Katrina went above and beyond by asking the kitchen to place gluten-free orders for me once she learned I was gluten-free. I really appreciated it as it shows that she cares about the experience for every single person she's serving in a gathering, and we were a big bunch (~45) in a cocktail style party where we were moving around and it wasn't easy to keep track of us, but she did 👏🏼 thank you!
