The Parlour

Came to celebrate a birthday with friends and not only did one of the servers repeatedly spill multiple drinks on my friends, but all of our food came out 2 hours after we were given our drinks and placed our orders. Then due to my gluten allergy i notified our server and she brought out fries that were breaded. Had I been celiac, they could’ve had a way bigger issue than just bad customer service. The staff needs to be retrained and reinformed on allergies. Luckily it was me and i question everything im given. All For a 4+ hour “brunch” and $1000+ tab and most of us barely got to even eat our food due to most plates and our sides coming out at different times (towards the end of our time there 5/8 people still didnt have food) Never coming here again!

What an amazing place! We came here for breakfast, and everyone found a delicious meal. All our requests were accommodated; my daughter has celiac disease, and they made gluten-free French toast just for her. We enjoyed a delightful, strong coffee in large mugs—exactly how I like it. The service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is great. Thank you!!!!
