Our family loves tapas, travelling, and trying new things but have struggled eating out since developing celiac disease (like a severe gluten allergy). Upon calling, the chef spoke to us directly and had an area in the kitchen cleaned and separate pans prepared for our arrival. They also had a table cleaned thoroughly and ready. Their attentiveness & consideration were deeply appreciated and we enjoyed foods from all over the world. Even my 3 and 7 year olds appreciated the diverse options as well as American cuisine choices. A fav by all were the arepas! Their bar menu even features common international drinks. Benny, our server, was fantastic and very mindful of our allergies. We will be back! Fun historic atmosphere too!

We stumbled upon this beautiful restaurant in Longmont! The food was amazing. Vegan and gluten free. Unique flavors from around the world. I will definitely be back. They have a mystery food dinner on Wednesday nights once a month that I can't wait to try out. The chef came out to chat with us and brought us a gift bag with her homemade spiced popcorn for us to take home and try it. It's in the former Opera House with wonderful woodwork and an old bank vault.

Beautiful casual restaurant. Live music with a guitar player singing folk songs I knew. Waiter said this dish was new, so of course I ordered it. Grilled chicken breast on a bed of fluffy rice and a mild creamy sauce. Brussels sprouts were crispy with a delicious, slightly sweet basalmic drizzle. I could have eaten a pound of those. Gluten-Free. Highly recommend!
