First off the kitchen was down 2 people and we didn't know this until an hour and 10 minutes into waiting.
When the food did come, it was not worth waiting for.
The Mahi tacos were so dry that they tasted like chicken.
The pork belly taco was coated in soy sauce. Nothing clever.
The coconut shrimp tacos had an interesting sauce on top of the shrimp but the base of the taco was flavorless vegetables.
I think all of the chips and tortillas were gluten-free, which is nice if you're gluten intolerant, but for those of us who like good Tortilla, you should probably give us an option.
The pork ribs were the only saving grace in comparison to the bad tacos.
It tastes like you're at your mom's house eating ribs from her slow cooker.
Good, but not worth the money they charged.
Disappointed that the manager did not come out from time to time and tell us the status of the kitchen. Or at least give us a drink or something off the bill for the extremely long wait time.
