Three of us had a fantastic carvery lunch at The Pheasant yesterday - my son said it was the best roast he'd ever had. The chef prepared a gluten free Yorkshire pudding especially for my mother, which she really appreciated. The staff were lovely and it was great value for money. This was our first visit, and we'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.

This was the best carvery I've ever eaten! The meat was juicy and tender, the veggies were perfectly cooked and the gravy was hot and fresh. They even made me a gluten free Yorkshire pudding! The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful. My Dad highly recommends a pint of the 6X. The food is incredibly good value for money and the restaurant is spacious and comfortable.
