Truly gluten free! Staff changes gloves and washes hands between foods and offer a gluten free bun, (additional charge). Just make sure to specify that you need gluten free food if you do. Staff are very heart warming and hospitable and attended us throughout the entire meal. The cuisine tasted amazing and fresh. I would definitely recommend stopping here to eat if you’re in the area.
