Absolutely loved this restaurant. The staff are so kind, the food is amazing (I'm coeliac and there are lots of gluten-free options), and it just feels incredibly well run. This restaurant is so much better than Milsoms.

We recently eat at the Pier Hotel in Harwich. I definitely recommend eating there. The food we had was excellent. Not only do they have a separate full G/f menu the staff are very aware of Coeliac disease and extremely knowledgeable. I questioned the beer battered fish and chips on the g/f menu and the waitress was very quick to inform me it was g/f beer and even named the one they use. I eat freshly made fish pie with green steamed vegetables as this was cooked to order, there was a wait but it was worth every minute our meals were delicious.
