We had the most wonderful service and the food is spectacular! I am gluten-free and this is the best gluten free restaurant I have ever been to. If you’re in Gibsons, you need to visit the Pink House Bistro!

I have become a regular! I would go to Gibsons just to dine at The Pink House Bistro! From Lisa's front of house service where she treats her guests with warmth and amazing cocktails to Mike's spectacularly crafted dishes that are layered with flavorful love and made to please everyone including those who are Gluten Free and Vegan!! It never disappoints and the subtle changes to the menu throughout the season keep it fresh each visit. Do try Lisa's Bouquet Sour and Mike's Roasted Mushroom Shwarma Bowl (before it's gone). To top it off the room is beautiful and classy without being too fancy and you feel like you spoiled yourself. Say Hi to them for me :)
