The Poke Company

Fast-casual build-your-own poke bowls in Boynton Town Center. It is not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, but the company publishes a Food Sensitivity chart that marks the gluten-containing items: marinated salmon, Company Sauce, sesame shoyu, citrus ponzu, spicy miso, eel sauce, ginger sesame teriyaki and soy sauce, plus tempura flakes, crispy onions, wasabi peas, masago, seaweed salad and krab salad. All bases and mix-ins are listed as gluten-safe, and tamari and coconut aminos are available as gluten-free sauces. Toppings are served from one shared open line and the company publishes no gluten cross-contact policy, so ask staff for fresh gloves, clean utensils and containers from the back; no celiac reports for this specific location were found.

This place is my one of mine favorite spot. I ask employee gluten allergy. They will have a chart to let you know what has gluten what has not. As a person with celiac disease makes me feel safe.
