Fast-casual build-your-own poke bowls in Boynton Town Center. It is not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, but the company publishes a Food Sensitivity chart that marks the gluten-containing items: marinated salmon, Company Sauce, sesame shoyu, citrus ponzu, spicy miso, eel sauce, ginger sesame teriyaki and soy sauce, plus tempura flakes, crispy onions, wasabi peas, masago, seaweed salad and krab salad. Toppings are served from one shared open line and the company publishes no gluten cross-contact policy, so ask staff for fresh gloves, clean utensils and containers from the back; no celiac reports for this specific location were found.
