The secret of Nadine and Polo’s exceptional breads and pastries? There is love and smiles in these masterpieces! My guilty sins? The joyful (pumpkin orange blossom), the multi-grain which lasts the week without drying out (when it is not swallowed first!), the “gluten-free” (photo) twice as affordable as in town, and so tasty - three recipes! - the sacristans, and the pure butter palm trees! Certainly open “only” from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., but suddenly the irresistible smell and warmth of bread fresh from the bakery to take home. Majestic environment of the mountains of the Cornillon sur l'Oule lake, like a setting for our artisan artist and his adorable accomplice. We know why and for whom we come, and come back, and even from afar!! Thank you for so much fun!
