Really so disappointed to share that Posh Fish and Chips claims of being gluten free and coeliac safe is just not true. I phoned to confirm and placed an order online this evening. Everything seemed great upon pick up, our gluten free order was bagged separately and labelled gluten free. But now my daughter is feeling absolutely awful. It’s not fair to make these claims if you cannot guarantee this. The website claims all staff are coeliac trained and everything is prepared separately. Something went wrong here and I wouldn’t want others to go here believing it’s safe when it is definitely not.
