Not only great service, amazing food, (including gluten free option), but eco positive, using naked sprout products, (Britain's most sustainable tissue) & giving back to the planet via #BeOnePercentBetter. Definately a gem that Exeter can be proud of. 😊 I'll be back!

We had a lovely evening sat outside last night. Inside the pub was quiet (not surprisingly) and overly air conditioned, but outside has plenty of seating. The food was surprisingly good, better than I expected and seemed freshly prepared. The fish and chips had a light batter and was a good piece of fish. The mushroom and halloumi was good and made a decent gluten free option without the bun. Only let down really was the beer. All a bit naff in my opinion. The casks might have been fine, but on a hot day I nice hoppy keg pale ale would have been good. Or a dry pils. But that's just my taste. Other than that it was good and I'd recommend.
