We were met and our order was taken by Dave the assistant manager. We explained that my wife has coeliac disease and Dave immeadiately gave advice and assisted my wife on selecting the "safe", food options.
He had three others customers waiting and was patient and supportive, and requested another member of staff to help the other customers so he could deal with our order.
During the meal order he checked with the kitchen staff to ensure there was no cross contamination.
He is a credit to the Stonehouse chain and provided excellant customer service.
