A friend told me about this neighborhood gasto pub where they only make fried chicken on Tuesdays.
Their fried chicken hits the spot!

Sous Chef Floriberto hooked me up. Marinated overnight with buttermilk, eggs, paprika, sage and madras curry powder dredged in a mix of corn starch, rice flour, nutmeg, garlic, pepper and baking powder and it's gluten free
Served with a side of potato salad and a black bean salad that's was great!
The chicken was crisp, juicy and moist full of flavor from the spices and not spicy.like butn your scalp. Just good flavor.

This is a neighborhood spot. Had a constant flow of folks who knew the folks who worked here. Nice vibe.
