Excellent service. Elk tacos here are delicious. My wife is gluten free and the server brought her a naked elk taco without us asking. I had the barbacoa grilled cheese. Yummy, though a tad on the greasy side. But it's not their fault. Dessert, get the chocolate cake.

We really enjoy the ranch each time we visit. Our friends and family who come from out of town enjoyed it as well. The menu has delicious options, we love that it shows where the food is sourced and still has a Texas feel/vibe! The only downside is that I am gluten free so my choices are limited but for those who aren't there's plenty to choose from.
