My husband and I tried The Red Chip Wagon for the first time today. The fries were excellent; hot, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. We will be repeat customers when a craving for fresh cut fries takes us hostage. The atmosphere question makes me laugh. We were't there for the atmospher, it's a chip wagon in a parking lot. But the staff was so nice, if there was an atmosphere, it was made pleasant by the staff. The biggest bonus for me from The Red Chip Wagon. I have Celiac Disease, and The Red Chip Wagon fries are totally gluten free...no cross contamination.
