Very very clean. Lovely warm welcome and extremely helpful owners. Seem to go the extra mile to be accommodating, literally, as gave us a lift today on a freezing February morning to collect our car from Otterburn rather than letting us walk. Breakfast great value, black pudding and sausages delicious. Gluten free options in abundance too. Room extremely comfortable, cosy warm and nice bathroom with plenty steaming hot water. A fantastic place to stay if attending any of the local wedding venues with a little peace and quiet, and amazing views across the Otter Burn Valley. Definitely stay again for a sneaky break or a pit stop on the way through the Scottish Borders to Edinburgh or Glasgow. Thank you so much. Mr Neil Smith
