The food is pretty good here and the owner was knowledgeable about celiac disease. She was able to recommend some things for me to eat, apparently most of the menu is gluten free! I had the baked beans and potato salad.

Rib Co is excellent! Our server was helpful and cheerful, and happy to accommodate a gluten allergy. We got a rib sampler, and a pulled pork sandwich and everything was delicious. This is a family business. They’re proud of the food they serve here, and it deserves all the positive reviews here.
