We’d heard such good things about this place since it’s opened and I was excited to try it. We were seated and had our food order taken pretty fast. Presentation of the food was great the taste of both things I got was not good at all I got the Arancini it just tasted like stuffing I had one and didn’t touch the rest. During our hour and a half time there we saw our server twice. Once for putting in our order and once more with the check. Once she brought the check we mentioned I didn’t like my food and I didnt even finish half of it. All she said was sorry, took our card and charged us for the whole meal which half was never eaten. On a 66 dollar check. I won’t be back it was disappointing and wasn’t worth the 25 minute drive. Also $30 for a gluten free pizza is nuts. I don’t know what the pizza was called but it had meat and pickles on it and there was probably 4 little pieces of meat spread on that whole pizza.

The Ridge West Seneca was great. The food was delicious . But what truly made our experience unforgettable was our incredible waiter Dylan. He was beyond amazing—attentive and friendly, even while accommodating our gluten free requests. We will definitely be back
