The Roasting House

Good coffee and food! They have a gluten friendly menu which might be the only place in town that has that. Virginia City restaurants really need to update their menus and get with the times. Thank you roasting house 🥰 P.S. I love the staff :)

What great place for someone with gluten allergies (and I think dairy too). I dread going away, because I have to ask for food a specific way because I cannot have gluten amongst other things. I was so happy to be able to go and get breakfast there. Gluten free waffles, they got it down. I had a cappuccino, which not every place gets right. It was perfect!! I would recommend going here if you are in Virginia City and have gluten allergies. The service was great too. The staff very friendly and greeted us with a smile.
