The Robin Hood

Quite expensive for basically 'pub grub'. Nice atmosphere and plenty of space to sit down but slow service once we had ordered. They do cater for special dietary requirements however, and, my girlfriend who is gluten free had no trouble finding something to eat here. A major sticking point however, is that they absolutely refuse to take any form of contactless payment even though they have a contactless machine! Very poor attitude by staff over this, they need to sort it out as this is the modern way to pay, luckily I had my wallet with me on this occasion but don't always carry it and rely solely on my phone or watch to pay! Really bad when you can see the machine asking you to present your contactless card/device!
