My friend, who is severely celiac, was given his GF cheese pizza. Someone else at the table ordered the same but normal. We asked which pizza came out first and was told it was the GF one. 20 minutes later, the second one FINALLY came out. That’s when we were told by the staff it was the GF one. My celiac friend became so badly ill because he ate the entire first one thinking it was GF. He began vomiting in the bathrooms. It’s fantastic the pizza tasted amazing, atmosphere of the place was amazing. But the staff need to be trained better to avoid these mistakes…. And a twenty minute difference for the food to come out is a long long time….. also, can’t buy the mocktails from the QR code at the table.

I went to The Rock for lunch today and had the gluten-free chicken parmy — absolutely excellent. The chicken was perfectly cooked, the crumb was crispy, and the flavours were spot on. It’s always a win when a gluten-free option tastes just as good as the regular version! The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back.

Great place for happy hour cocktails 3-6pm weekdays. Not only that they have an amazing variety of GLUTEN FREE options on their menu. I never normally find a pub that cares to offer anything gluten free, but here you can get a GF Schnitzel! Would recommend as the staff are friendly and accommodating. I'll be back for sure.
