Lovely old pub which was packed throughout our visit, and had a lovely atmosphere. The menu is simple and has lots of options, with items flagged up as ‘gluten free available’. When i told them I was Coeliac, our server explained that they had a separate frier and had strict procedures for gluten free cooking. They replaced the bread in my meal with gluten free bread, which was great. They had really reassuring service and the food itself was hearty and really nice. Overall a good spot to have lunch with lots for coeliacs and gluten free people.

Lovely village pub, great ambience, low beamed ceilings and old floorboards. The staff were very welcoming and on the ball. My husband chose a burger because he'd read a review which said it was the best gluten free burger they'd eaten and he agreed. My bouillabaise was delicious and it was too much for me to finish, very satisfying!
