The Roster Annecy Centre

Solid burger. Good sauce, though a bit runny. Their gluten free bun was good, though quite thick (not my preference). I will say I did not understand how the restaurant worked… You go in and order for yourself using a kiosk, selecting your order on the screen and then you receive a number to which you grab your food from the counter when it is ready. Simple, quick, and good.

Very disappointed, compared to that of Meythet. The waitress was very nice but when I told her that there was no more paper in the toilet, without taking off her serving gloves, she retrieved a roll from a shelf and changed it. She went back to the kitchen with the same pair of gloves on her hands... Same for gluten-free bread, the bag is opened with the same pair of gloves and the bread is taken out without any special precautions, so for cross allergies we are all good 🙃 Obvious lack of maintenance of tables and chairs, to be avoided by people who like a minimum of hygiene, especially in restaurants. Too bad but the Annecy one is over for me
