The Rouxpour

Good evening. I was having dinner at your Friendwood location last Friday, May 17 2024. It was a birthday dinner in a private room. When it was my turn to order, I told my server I have a gluten allergy and couldn't order many of the items on the set menu. He said there was absolutely no substitutions. So I didn't get an appetizer because there wasnt one gluten free. I ordered a salad and a fliet. He brought me my filet with green beans and mash potatoes on the plate. Why wasn't my gluten allergy taken serious? I was I looked over, when you actually have a gluten sensitive menu? The server even brought me dessert at the end. Again, I had to remind him that I didn't eat bread. This could have been handled better. Allergies arent jokes and should be taken serious. I am a paramedic and deal with sick people all day long. Do better Rouxpour.!!!!!

Fantastic. We went Sunday. Really great offerings on the gluten free menu (one idea though, include the food descriptions on the g/f menu, so people don't have to cross reference.) Everything was excellent. Everyone in my party enjoyed what they ordered.
