The Royal

Visited for the first time this evening to celebrate my parents birthdays & we will certainly be back. The food was delicious with massive portions & the staff were so lovely and accommodating! An absolute little gem of a place :) (Also noticed lots of gluten free items on the menu, I have a friend with a serious gluten allergy so it was lovely to see a wide variety of food they could eat, will deffo bring them in the future!!)

We arrived early, but the table was ready. I had the chicken parmo with chips. It was delicious and gluten free, so perfect for me. I ate the lot and could have licked the plate. Please pass my compliments to the chef. The service was excellent thanks to the friendly and efficient staff. I came with a friend for a catch up. We didn't feel under pressure to leave. I will definitely eat here again.
