The Good: the young woman who served us was prompt and friendly. My coffee was good. Our eggs were cooked perfectly. The bacon was crispy. The Bad: my pancake was chewy and hard and tasted bland and dry as if reheated. The pancake mix is all wrong. A pancake should be fluffy and light. I gave it back and they made me another which was slightly better but still too chewy. I assume the flour mix is being overworked. You don't want to develop gluten in pancake mix. The bacon was good but only one tiny piece?? The Ugly: the advertised as Maple Syrup wasn't real, it tasted like cheap immitation sugar syrup with very little if any actual maple anywhere near it. My husband's Chai was weak, so he asked for some extra black tea to add and was charged an extra $5 to make it proper Chai. The Lamb Cofta was just simply ground lamb with a bit of herb. The chef needs a lesson in Cofta making. It was a disappointment. Don't offer fancy food if you don't know how to make it. $68.50 not well spent. This place used to be better in years past. We won't be back.
