We visit yesterday and there were a lot of “grilled” GF options. I asked the waitress if the kitchen had dedicated grill space for their GF items. They let me know they did not have a dedicated space. They said they toast the bread on the grill but that it was okay because it was super hot.
May work for someone who is gluten intolerant but definitely not for celiac.
They also do NOT have a dedicated fryer for their fries.

We visited the restaurant for Restaurant Week. Menu was great and staff was amazing. Good gluten free options on the menu. Really great food per dollar value!
