If you need gluten free in Prineville this is the place to go. The owner knows her stuff and so does her staff. It’s worth the drive!!! I had the best deli sandwich I have had in years today. It was so delicious and even the potato salad is gluten free and delicious. So head to Prineville for great service, great food and a safe place for those of us with food allergies
