Delicious local Poké bowls. I always need to look for gluten free (GF) options when traveling and The Scale will always be my go to when I’m back in the Burlington area.

I have celiac disease and had made last minute plans to view the solar eclipse in Vermont. And it was SO yummy! We ended up going there both nights we were in town. Furthermore, their takeout game is strong---we don't eat indoors anymore at restaurants since Covid, so it was lovely being able to get good takeout so easily. I already miss The Scale!!
