This review focuses on the gluten free aspects of the meal because I must medically eat gluten free. I had the bacon cheeseburger. It was really good! Whatever bacon they use is amazing, but the burger comes with American cheese by default (I prefer cheddar, and don't know if it can be substituted). The burger patty had a wonderful maillard reaction (that wonderful, flavorful, crispy "glaze" of cooked fat). The GF bun was just ok, but I'm just grateful for the option, and the Celiac-safe practices! I will definitely make this place a regular stop. The cashier rattled off all that they do safety-wise, and what is GF: dedicated fryer, GF hamburger buns, no GF hotdog buns, and the hotdogs aren't GF (but my husband thought he saw on their website that they use Nathan's?? Will confirm this on our next visit.) When we called beforehand, they verified that when you order a GF bun, they clean a spot on the griddle to cook both the patty and toast the bun. Felt very safe. Definitely recommend! My gluten-eating husband thoroughly enjoyed his burger. He said his bun was fantastic.

A lot of bang for your buck, but that’s about it. If you want a burger that’s huge, but lacks any seasoning, this is your spot. They do have Udi’s gluten free buns available.
