Owner Leza is the heart and soul of S&G. Delicious protein shakes, smoothies, juices, coffees and teas. Tasty pastries from Katie Rose that include gluten free. Stop by and be amazed.

This place is incredible! The vibes are great and the owner is so kind. I came in here after a yoga class (the owner teaches next door) to grab a coffee and to my surprise, they had so many gluten free options! It’s always hard to find gluten free food in Orange County since I live in NYC but she had, gluten free brownies, muffins, bars, banana bread, and locally sourced gluten free biscottis, vegan sourdough bread, cookies, etc.
Thank you so much for the warm welcome and the yummy gluten free chocolate chip banana bread I can’t wait to come back here!
