The Shoe has a great atmosphere. Friendly staff, and a great place to meet up with friends. Fun and loud. Katie made sure my meal was completely gluten free and gave me lots of options. A big thank you to Katie. I'll be back.

I had a great experience with customer service at the Shoe Bar. I made a mistake in my order ordering a VO (vegetarian option) instead of GFO (gluten free option). Luckily I realised before they order had been processed. The staff changed my order without fuss, drama or cost. There are lots of GFO an VO and my meal was delicious and served promptly despite it being a busy pre Christmas period. Thanks.
