The Shop Coffee is incredible! We stopped at Sinclair to get gas and next door was a coffee shop so we popped in. Are we SO thankful we did! From fruit smoothies to hand crafted coffee, the drinks were amazing. We also ordered lunch, which included the most delicious gluten free cannoli and fresh deli sandwich we have had our entire time out west!! Whether you are Zion or Bryce bound, highly recommend you adding this to your travels!! Everyone in our family is raving!!! Bonus is we found local treasures such as Utah chocolate bars & apparel. Chandler was an incredibly helpful server and gets a 5 out of 5 for excellent customer service!

Found this little gem while traveling through. Was so surprised to find an absolutely delicious gluten free treat here. Coffee was hot & delicious. Staff was working as fast as they could. Found the inside crowded and noisy, glad I didn't have to stay inside.

Such a cute coffee lunch stop! We had sandwiches (the kiki was spectacular!) and they were able to do gluten free. In fact lots of vegetarian and gluten free options! Loves the coffee and outdoor area. We sat with our dogs and enjoyed our time! Highly recommend stopping here before or after Zion!
