I was ordering and then I asked for gluten free snitzel and I said it again because I thought she didn't hear then she corrected me

As a coeliac it is hard to find 'safe' gluten free meals that aren't cross contaminated in the kitchen, but this place was recommended on the Coeliac Tasmania Facebook page. I haven't had a Parmy or a Schnitty in a long time, and it was the best gluten free schintzel I've ever remembered having. It was so big, we took half of it home. When I am in Hobart again, I will be dining here again. Yum!

I attended for dinner as a group of three on a not so busy Monday night. Overall, we are disappointed considering we decided to go there specifically because of reviews. The service was slow, considering it only looked to be at 40% at capacity. We saw our drinks sitting on the bar waiting to be delivered to the table while multiple wait staff walked past (15 minutes). The ice had mostly de-iced and watered down our drinks. One person had a chicken parmi and it was dry with barely any cheese. I had the pulled pork croquettes. This was an absolute waste of money. They were 95% potato and 5% pulled pork. As someone who doesn’t enjoy potato, this was a big let down. No where on the menu was it advertised they had potato++ in them. In comparison to most places, potato is meant to bind the meat together not be the sole ingredient. The third person had the potato and mozzarella croquettes, once again expected a bit more of a presence from the mozzarella, not sure where that was hiding. They do have a great offering for Coeliac people (Gluten Free) which drove our visit to the restaurant. We likely won’t go back, it was very disappointing. If we do, we’ll likely have different meals next time.
