I am sensitive (not allergic) to gluten so I struggle to find things I can eat when I visit Saltburn... I am able to eat sourdough due to the low % gluten in it. Half of the menu was sourdough based rather than another bread, which made my entire week! I had a Brie, Bacon and Scotch Bonnet Jam Toastie and it was absolutely gorgeous. Definitely the best meal I've eaten in Saltburn. Don't even get me started on the Mocha 😻. My brother had a special hot chocolate and it was also very very nice. You can literally taste the difference between this store's cream/marshmallows and your standard ones - WOW.
The customer service was fantastic despite it being very busy. Thank you to everyone who was working today!
I rate the atmosphere a 3 as it is a very very cramped space and my fat behind could barely squeeze past other customers 🤣
