Incredible for celiacs. Not 100% gluten free I think only one thing on the menu has gluten but they are extremely knowledgeable and I felt extremely safe

We visited at around 2pm on a Tuesday the place was slower, but the staff were completely on their game. Getting a seat, drink orders and being served we prompt. We have celiacs, so gluten is a no-no. We tried the fries, wings, brisket and ribs in a platter and they were all amazing. It's been hours since we visited and if there were any reactions to gluten it would have happened by now. So this place is a must go to if you have issues, we will for sure be back.
