My son and daughter-in-law had Smoking caboose cater their wedding a few weeks ago. The food was fantastic, the wait staff was excellent and the price was very reasonable!
They even helped us navigate safe food for some guests with serious food (gluten) allergies.
The chicken and pork were delicious, but the most highly praised food of the night was the brisket! Highly recommend! Thanks Smokin Caboose for a fantastic dinner!
