Just enjoyed a delicious gluten free brisket on a bun. The bun didn't crumble and held up to the very last bite. Absolutely recommend

My son and daughter-in-law had Smoking caboose cater their wedding a few weeks ago. The food was fantastic, the wait staff was excellent and the price was very reasonable!
The chicken and pork were delicious, but the most highly praised food of the night was the brisket! Highly recommend! Thanks Smokin Caboose for a fantastic dinner!
