Friendly service, good gluten-free options (including waffles), fast service, decent menu options. Very busy on weekends.

Good breakfast options for lunch, including a gluten free waffle (be prepared to wait a bit for it, though). Less pricey than other nearby places to eat. Friendly staff. Pretty quick in and out for a lunch hour. Can get busy at peak hours, but unless going right at lunch rush, it's not bad to get a table. Good place for a small group, but also has counter seating (good for one or two).
