Speed: very quick to greet us, provide menus
Friendly: very kind.

Speed: very fast to bring drinks
Friendly: very kind, felt like eating at a friend's place. She matched our silly "dad joke" energy.
Helpful: yes, she made recommendations.
General attitude of employees: all very friendly and smiling. The atmosphere was pleasant.
MENU:
Prices: reasonable. We had two full breakfast with coffee for under $40.
Physical or internet link: menu is on website and breakfast menu is in photos.
Variety of items: just the right amount to feel like you have options but not overwhelming to choose.
Drinks: the coffee and tea were ok but you can taste the water softener salt.
Shareable: the big breakfast could easily feed two people.
Vegetarian: as long as you eat eggs there are options. the omelettes, pancakes, waffles, French toast,...
Gluten free: they have many gluten free alternatives for additional cost.
Kids: there is a kids menu with the usual items kids like.
FOOD REVIEW:
Smell: Fresh, appropriate, "as it should"
Taste: good, the seasoning was done well.
Texture: eggs were over medium and were spot on. The beans were still firm, not mushy, bread was fresh, ham slices were thick, bacon was crisp.
Beans were a overly sweet with ketchup.
Visual: it was ok, kind of piled on the plate
Portion: Generous but as expected.
Temperature: food was hot and well timed.
AMBIANCE:
Cleanliness: it is clean, there are hand marks everywhere that could be scrubbed.
Smell: it smelled clean.
Appeal: Cute decor. It has a saloon feel with a little bar.
Music
Loudness: Perfect, could still hear my conversation without having to yell.
