I don't often write reviews on here but this one deserves a good one. I came here for Sunday lunch with 5 others and we all agreed it was one of the best roast dinner experiences we've had. The candle -lit tables add to the cosy winter pub feeling when you walk in, and the servers and bar staff are all so welcoming. I am gluten-free (coeliac) and so I struggle to find pubs that offer full roast dinners for me, however this one catered to my needs and I had an unbelievable roast beef which was cooked to perfection. Along with attentive service, chilled ambiance (we sat upstairs as downstairs was full, but still great), and good wine offering too, I will definitely be looking to go again very soon. Also, very fairly priced, a roast with wine that came to about £30 pp.
