The Standard at The American Hotel

The manager Jim was absolutely amazing in helping with my dietary restrictions. We did not know that it would be a buffet prior to showing up for Father’s Day brunch. As someone with Celiac disease, I have a very hard time going out for meals, let alone buffets. Jim insured that I was comfortable and went above and beyond to walk through the buffet with me and then bring the things I wanted from the back kitchen. He even worked with the chef to make sure everything was safe for me to eat. He even brought everything out on a separate tray. He most definitely saved the day. Thank you Jim! You have no idea how much you helped.

Alicia was amazing! She was very attentive. I have food allergies and she made sure my drinks and food had no dairy or gluten. The food was amazing!
